Nicole Johnson
Founder & Executive Director
Nicole Johnson is a compassionate Registered Nurse and the visionary Founder of Africa Well. Her journey in healthcare began from humble beginnings as a Healthcare Assistant at Little Sisters of the Poor, where she developed a deep sense of empathy and service toward others. Over the years, she has worked in hospitals and care facilities dedicated to improving patient well-being, gaining valuable experience across various aspects of clinical care.
Her Vision for Africa Well
Driven by compassion and an unyielding belief in equitable healthcare, Nicole founded Africa Well to bridge the gap in access to quality medical services across Africa. Her mission is to eliminate preventable deaths caused by poverty and inaccessibility to healthcare, ensuring every community has a chance at a healthier life.

Dr. Richard Eromosele
Director
Dr. Richard Eromosele is a caring and compassionate medical doctor, deeply passionate about ensuring healthcare for all. With firsthand experience of life in rural African communities, he is committed to bringing smiles to the underprivileged. Through numerous medical outreaches, he has provided free care and remains devoted to supporting equitable health access for everyone.

Prosper Ofosu
Executive Member - Ghana
A dedicated tax and accounting consultant with a passion for precision, integrity, and empowering clients through sound financial guidance. With years of experience navigating complex tax regulations and financial systems, Prosper strives to make accounting accessible and impactful.
Beyond the numbers, he's deeply committed to social healthcare initiatives and community well-being. As a philanthropist, he actively supports causes that promote equitable access to healthcare and uplift underserved populations, believing that financial literacy and social responsibility go hand in hand.

Rev. Richard Bentil
Secretary - Ghana
Founder and General Overseer of Christ Disciples Charismatic Chapel (CDCC). An ordained and seasoned minister of the gospel with a high level of integrity in the discharge of duties over a decade.
As part of his divine mandate of soul winning, Rev. Bentil believes in total well-being for every human regardless of race or social class. With unwavering passion for healthcare for all, he has registered under the Chaplaincy Board of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for hospital evangelism. He strongly believes in effective and efficient teamwork to achieve Africa Well's mission.
